I’m a mum of three who has always had a passion for all things fitness. Exercise has always been a part of my life but since having children I have found the psychological benefits of it even more important (and needed!) than the physical.
When I workout I get the head-space I need and the chance to not be “mummy” for a while. This means that I can return to family life recharged and refreshed, and this is a feeling that I want to pass on to my clients.
I know only too well what it’s like to juggle children, work and daily chores whilst also desperately trying to get some time to yourself, or to do something for yourself. I know that time is tight and so your exercise sessions need to offer maximal benefits, whatever your goal may be.
